Holy Kidz Camp is all set to celebrate the birth of Jesus in a six day carnival for kids. The organization founded by, Tami Carr, a child pastor of Immanuel Anglican Church in Destin, feels that the winter camp would help kids understand the magical tales of the Lord and his birth.
Carr followed the voice of the Lord and moved away from the close confines of the church and into the open atmosphere where she could help kids understand the Lord better while leaving an everlasting impact on them.
The celebrations include cake, ice cream, a play based on Jesus’ birth and most of all are the fun centered Christmas craft stations. The whole event would deal with the beauty and majesty of the Christmas story.
The theme of the camp is ‘His Greatest Gift’ Birthday Party and Winter Camp that shall be held on Dec 22, 26, 27 and Jan. 2-4 at the Destin Life Center at Destin United Methodist Church for children in kindergarten through fifth grade.
The first of its kind in that area, Holy Kidz Winter Camp will also provide child care. This is one Summer Camp that makes one learn about the Lord while enjoying the Christmas break from school. Learn as one enjoys while unraveling the marvel behind the birth of Jesus.
