For parents looking to build resilience, confidence and endurance in their junior members, Billings Parks announces Survivor Challenge Adventure Camp.

A unique program of sorts, this camp would test campers’ endurance, attitude, team spirit, wilderness knowledge, creativity and resourcefulness. So if you have an adventurous little one at home, aged between 8-14 years, send him/her here to compete for a big prize. All the challenges in the camp will be build around teamwork, so as to build co-operation, team spirit and leadership among children.

To be held at North Park Center on the corner of N.19th St. and 6th Ave. N., this would be truly a one of its kind of an experience for campers as they take on new challenges, trail historical landmarks, take a hike and more, learns the Camp Navigator team.

Time: 7.30am-5.30pm
Session 2: June 16-June 20
Session 11: August 18-August 22
Enrollment: Min.10/Max. 30
Cost: $119 (non-Billings resident additional $10)

About Billings Parks:
The Department of Parks, Recreation and Public Lands (PRPL) manages the City’s Parks and Recreation System. The department provides over 270 recreation programs for people of all ages (pre-school through senior citizens). Programs are offered in a wide range of interests including Aquatics, Youth Sports, Youth Camps, Adult sports, Fitness, Special Interest, and Adults Age 55+. In addition, activities are also provided by the department indirectly through partnerships with various organizations (Billings Little League Baseball, American Legion Baseball, Yellowstone Valley Audubon Society, Amend Park Development Council, Billings Mustangs, Billings Softball Association, etc.). Furthermore, over 100 organizations are scheduled and issued Park Use Permits for various park and facility usage each year.
