For all those campers who have an eye on gymnastics and stay around Oregon, the good news is that the annual Summer Camp has opened its registration. The camps are ideal for girls of ages above seven with two options to chose from. The first is a day camp and second one is an overnight camp. For the first camp there are no preset parameters, but for the second previous experience is needed.
The camps shall guide the camper on vault, bars, tumbling, beam, trampoline, video, dance and rhythmic gymnastics. Besides daily workouts, campers will enjoy evening activities such as swimming, bowling, movies, skits and talent night.
The Oregon camps maintain a minimal camper and coach ratio for better guidance to look into individual needs. The entire lot of participants would be divided into smaller groups based on their ability and ages. Coaching well blended with fun makes the camper pick up the nuances under expert guidance.
