Performing Arts Workshops, VOTED 2010’s BEST SUMMER CAMP in LA Parent Magazine
We are pleased to announce that through a generous donation, 100 CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN THIS SUMMER. It is the donor’s request that the scholarships have no conditions or prerequisites. These special scholarships have been made available as a matching fund. PAW’s donor, whose wish is to help local children experience the arts this summer, will sponsor half the tuition for up to twenty children at each PAW camp location. Each matching scholarship provides $240 of the tuition when the parent matches the remaining $240. Performing Arts Workshops, a veteran enrichment company with over 25 years experience providing quality after school and summer camp programming to public and private schools, has seven wonderful camp locations to choose from: Studio City, Pasadena, Chatsworth, West L.A., Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach and El Segundo.

Their experience and knowledge combined with the PAW philosophy provides our students with a level of training comparable to what can be found at private studios and conservatories. ” Cheryl Appleman, PAW President. Kids ages 5 – 14 can perform in one of four fantastic shows: Phantom of the Opera, Cinderella, Tinker Bell & the Lost Boys, or Rapunzel. On the last day of each session, family and friends are invited to enjoy a free camp presentation.
