Nothing says summer like camping outdoors and trying out some new adventures. Now only if you thought that your children’s special needs could deter them from participating in an adventure camp, we say, think again. Gift your special ones an adventure packed summer camp this year with Camp Achieve Youth Adventure for children with physical disabilities.
STARS and Humble Ranch Education & Therapy Center are teaming up on this overnight camp to offer recreational sports camp to 4th-7th grades.
Here, young campers will get to sleep in tents, ride on a horseback, try llama activities, fly fishing, biking, kayaking, archery, and campfire activities and more.
In this three days camp, to be held between July 30th – August 2nd, campers with special needs will experience independence and camaraderie, laugh and learn while having the time of their lives.
So what are you waiting for. Interested parents will have to shell out $300. The camp fee covers food, camping equipment, and activities.
To register call STARS at (970) 870-1950 or email info@steamboatstars.com.
Space is limited. Reservations required and advanced booking preferred.
