Aspiring to be an entrepreneur, here is the good news, Sullivan Middle School plans to launch camp which would be grooming young entrepreneurs. The camp would focus on designing marketing strategies in selling products and would deal about running a business. The scheduled Summer Camp is ideal for students who aspire to become entrepreneurs with special emphasis on Math and reading.

The Sullivan Middle School proposes to use the $575,00 grant for this new event planned next summer. The after-school summer camp would commence from January 07. It is free for students who sign up for transportation. The hundred seats for the Sullivan families are already open and almost 50 are full.

If adequate numbers (100) are not met within the required time frame, students from Rock Hill middle schools will be allowed to enroll, however they have to find their own means of transport.

Academic Achievers, a Charlotte-based education consulting firm is working with Sullivan to devise the camp content. This firm has been awarded a federal 21st Century Community Learning Center grant to partner the prestigious Summer Camp .
