Arizona oldest summer camps Valley of the Sun YMCA very recently celebrated 120 years of accomplishment. The Summer Camp schedules for 2013 had been announced and look quite interesting as usual. The uniqueness of these camps include weekly themes and the camper has a gamut of entertaining choices to make from.
The themes that were there in 2012 were Safari, Xtreme Sports, Ahoy Matey and more that were interesting and inspiring. The theme activities included were crafts and games, treasure hunts, water-fun, sports of all sorts,field trips and what not to entertain the campers who might feel bad as the summers come to an end.
Apart from these interesting activities the sessions are planned such that there is ample time to make new friends, sing, play, explore, learn, and laugh. All this and more, under the watchful eyes of the well trained staff.
This year’s schedule is surely not going to be anything lesser than last year’s. In fact it is going to be exhilarating and well cherished for young campers. The schedules include Musical Makers theme, It’s a Jungle out there theme, spy kids theme, fitness theme, back to future theme, Winter summer land theme, Every day heroes theme and many…many more theme await the kids.
